Best Toning Shoes For Optimum Weight Loss

Who wouldn’t want to add a little bit of toning to their daily routine? That’s exactly what toning shoes do. For optimum weight loss adding a toning shoes makes perfect sense in order to get the most for your time. After all we can only fit in so many workouts. Toning shoes aren’t magic. They simply create instability under your soles that force different leg muscles to work. Depending on how long you spend on your feet, the benefits can really add up.

Some shoes like the Sketchers Rock and Tone have a rocking sole that creates that forces the hamstrings to work harder when you’re walking. It simulates a slight incline that really gets the calves muscles the way an uphill walk would. Think of it like walking in sand, your heel is lower than the ball of your foot making your calves and hamstrings work differently. Walking in sand is always more effort. Isn’t it usually a relief to get back on the sidewalk after a long walk in dry sand?

The Reebok Easytone and Crocs tone have rounded cushions on the ball and heel of the shoe that work the same way sitting on a ball instead of a chair at the office would. When you swap out your chair for an exercise ball you’re forcing your muscles to do some of the work of holding you up. It’s the same concept with toning shoes. The instability created makes your calves, quads, and hamstrings do more work to keep you balanced.

So what’s the best toning shoe for Optimum Weight Loss? I’ve tried on all three and liked them all. I’ll probably go with the Crocs because they look the most like regular shoes. The Reebok Easytones look like regular sneakers, but I need something I can slip on.
